  • Increase awareness of 3 factors that derail your time management efforts and develop a plan to minimize them. 
  • Analyze your roles/tasks and learn prioritization and decision-making techniques that keep you focused on your goals 
  • Learn communication techniques to maintain your boundaries without causing discord in your personal and professional relationships.
  • Identify types of distractions (internal or external) and their impact on time management 
  • Learn how to create a time map for your perfect day and manage interruptions and distractions appropriately
